Bengaluru, Karnataka – The Karnataka Cabinet has given the green light to the ambitious Bengaluru Skydeck project, set to become South Asia’s tallest structure. The project, with an estimated cost of ₹ 500 crores, will stand approximately 250 meters high, offering a 360-degree panoramic view of Bengaluru, India’s technology capital.
To put this in perspective, the iconic Qutub Minar in Delhi stands at 73 meters tall, making the Skydeck over three times taller. This towering structure will significantly enhance the city’s infrastructure and tourism appeal.
The CNTC Presidential Tower, currently believed to be Bengaluru’s tallest building, stands at over 160 meters. The Skydeck, once completed, will surpass this, further elevating the city’s skyline.
Karnataka’s Minister of Law and Parliamentary Affairs, HK Patil, announced, “The Karnataka government has approved South Asia’s tallest Skydeck. The Skydeck will be built in the city at a cost of ₹ 500 crores, offering a 360-degree view of India’s technology capital.”
This landmark project is expected to be a major attraction and a symbol of Bengaluru’s rapid development.
